Details

Recent days there was a problem with intrio test on machine charm running HPUX.

BEGIN TEST: intrio

PR_Bind failed
A local thread will be interrupted by a local thread

END TEST: intrio

There were some processes from previous builds blocking port, after I killed them, next day they there were again some. I restarted machine, hopefully it will be OK.
I reproduced this test failure.  It is caused by the patch for bug
329807.  See bug 329807 comment 14.
