**** observed with 2000-04-21 build ****
Steps to reproduce:
-create a new AB with non-ascii name (Latin-1 or JA);
-enter three new cards there : filled with ascii only name, non-ascii name 
(latin-1 and JA);
-try to print the first card filled with ascii name ;
-look at print preview : there is an error message " Unsupported 
format/operation for "addbook:" URL (it doesn happen when you print an ascii 
card from Personal AB
(btw : i get the same error message today when printing non-ascii and JA card, 
the only one that gets printed correctly is ascii only card from AD with ascii 
name

Could be related to the URI issue I mentioned in 36440.

I was able to print Japanese card with 8/2/2000 Win32
build. Re-test and close if appropriate.
