Attached patch Patch v1Splinter Review
Every so often (usually do to screwed up log messages that get edited after the fact) I have to update the cvs history in bonsai on a single file. With the current code, you have to do the entirety of the directory containing that file to get it. If that directory tree is huge, that can take forever. So I patched our rebuildcvshistory.cgi to allow me to rebuild a single file from the command line.
