Details

Use the "new window" menu command to bring up a second browser window. If you
choose "Exit" the app will quit. Relauch and open a 2nd window again. Now click
in the original browser window to make it the active window. Choosing Exit does
nothing. Click again in the 2nd window (the one most recently opened) and choose
exit again. The app quits. The same applies to 3 browser windows.

The menus only seem to respond when the last opened window is the frontmost.

This appears to be mac only (linux works).

Marking Verified with Mar16 build.  Looks good!
Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst
don and I set correct component.  Apprunner component will be deleted/retired
shortly.
