Why do you need CVS access? If you have a valid reason, you need to follow the directions specified at http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/getting-cvs-write-access.html.

I don't want the write access yet.
I want to see if I can fix the https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367787 bug myself...
I guess I could use the downloaded source if it has all the components?

You don't need access rights to check out the source, just do it.
