If a subfolder is added to an existing folder and it is the first to create the new hierachy, the mailbox and transfer menus do not get updated to add this extra level until a new mailbox window is opened.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create folder
2. create subfolder in folder
3. examine menus: folder will exist, but will not have menu to access subfolder
4. open any mailbox; close again
5. examine menus: folder will now contain subfolders as it should
Actual Results:  
folder hierachy not added to message/transfer menus after subfolder creation

Expected Results:  
folder hierachy should be added to message/transfer menus immediately after subfolder creation
