The :after pseudo selector isn't supported on fieldset elements whether they are accessed directly (fieldset:after) or by using a class (.myFieldset:after).

Actual Results:  
The :after properties aren't applied.

Expected Results:  
The :after properties are applied.

There is no workaround for this.
