Followup to bug 368043.
Bill reports that Lotus Notes IMAP sends quota info with meaningful usage, but with max = 0, if there's no quota.
We fixed the statusbar, but the display in Folder Properties' quota tab is probably still suboptimal. This bug should do something about it.
