Print preview prints over the scrollbars if the window is not wide and/or high enough to contain the whole message being printed. By default the print preview window is so small that this happens every time.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select File->Print Preview
2.Wait till window comes
3.See the bad results
Actual Results:  
Text goes over the scrollbars.

Expected Results:  
Text shouldn't go over the scrollbars.

Can not be reproduced on Thunderbird version 2.0.0.0 (20070508)
Test on SunOS snv_63 sun4u sparc (JDS and CDE)

Test on SunOS snv_65 
Change it to WFM
