Currently, we can see users that belong to a specific group from the user search list.  It seems we need to add a bit more flexibility to that search capability by allowing a boolean search on group membership.  By that, I mean, administrators should be able to ask Bugzilla, show me the list of users that belong to Groups X and Y but not Z.

It would also be extremely helpful if there were a way to manually update group memberships (without using regexes) by showing a list of existing members from the group UI and giving admins the ability to checkbox off members who should be removed from the list or add them through our normal user entry search either via case-[in]sensitive substring or case-[in]sensitive regex, preferably with the ability to approve the list to be added again through checkboxes with a select-all button...
