Width of column containing text fields and text field names slightly changes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new message
2. Call Insert table dialog (menu: Insert-> table)
3. Change width units ("% of window"->"pixels" and vice versa)


Expected Results:  
Width should be kept constant.

Maybe this will fix the problem (as far as I see it does not break smth
comm.jar\content\editor\EdInsertTable.xul:
string 87:          <menulist id="widthPixelOrPercentMenulist" flex="1"/>
change to
string 87:          <menulist id="widthPixelOrPercentMenulist"/>

Of course, under Expected Results, you mean the dialog columns width.

Please, change "OS" to "All", "Severity" to "trivial". Also probably add "(shifts, moves)" to the Summary for better searchability.
