Bug 68780 removed /roadmap/faq.html, but didn't remove the link to it in /roadmap/index.html, or the redirect to it from /roadmap-faq.html in /.htaccess, or the HTML redirect to it in the unreachable /roadmap-faq.html that hides behind the .htaccess redirect.
