User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; CS 2000 6.0; NS Connect 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Build Identifier: When I open Firefox my display drops to 680 and has to be reset from the control panel "display". This doesn't happen with any other program. All other programs run at high resolution. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Click on desktop icon to open program 2. 3. Actual Results: Screen goes blank then starts firefox in low resolution
The only thing that I can think of that would be causing this is the compatibility tab of the shortcut for Firefox has one more of the display settings checked off. Right click on the icon you use to launch Firefox and select the Compatibility tab and look for the settings I suggested.
This issue doesn't seem to be related to Software Update.
