The events are displayed five to ten minutes too early

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an event from 10:00 to 11:05
2. Open day view
3. Open week view
Actual Results:  
The event starting time looks like something in 9:5x, the end like 10:5y

Expected Results:  
The event starting time looks like something in 10:00, the end like something a few minutes past eleven

The patch in bug 353999 landend on 2006-10-26. Sunbird 0.3 was released 2006-10-10. -> Marking DUPLICATE
