User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/20061204 Firefox/2.0.0.1 Build Identifier: mozilla/directory/suncsdk used to contain Sun LDAP C SDK code we put there for merging activities. since the merge is completed now this is no longer needed all the files were cvs remove'ed. now we need to remove empty tree structure at the filesystem level just to keep the repository clean. thanx . Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Use the -P argument as necessary. We don't typically remove the backend files on the CVS server.

preed: we ask only because, in this particular case, the files were checked in once, never modified, and then CVS removed again - so there's no history to keep. So we thought it might be an exception. But you're the boss :-) Gerv

So we thought it might be an exception. That's good to know, and didn't come across from the original report. But yeah, it's not a huge deal... we can just keep it around. :-)
