368856 - Add some source directories to PhoenixTinderbox

Changes to testing/mochitest and tools/test-harness/xpcshell-simple don't show up on Tinderbox in checkins.  Since hopefully both will be enabled by default sometime soonish (and then checkins to each will really matter -- they already do on some of the tinderboxen on MozillaTest and on MozillaExperimental that have --enable-tests), and it's annoying to have to go to the original bug to determine whether a mochitest testcase was committed along with the patch, those two directories should be added to the tinderbox configs.

FWIW, just to complete the bug, the TestHarness module was added to MozillaTinderboxAll as well in the checkin in comment 2.

I moved it from MozillaTinderboxAll to CoreTinderboxAll so that it shows up as part of PhoenixTinderbox (among others).
