In the "Schließen bestätigen" dialogue box, which is shown when you attempt to close SeaMonkey with more than one tab open, there are no Access keys given.

alt+A for "(&)Alle Tabs schließen"
alt+B for "A(&)bbrechen"

should be fine.

Access keys are present in 2.0.1. now. Localization is perhaps lacking.
