Upon first loading the browser, the Customize... button under the Search tab is
not visible...however, it immediately appears as you begin to resize the
sidebar.
To be able to reproduce this, the sidebar doesn't have to be initially visible
when you load the browser (the Customize... button still isn't visible after
going to View | Sidebar), though the Search tab does have to have been already
open -- the act of changing to the Search tab makes the Customize... button
visible.
