Details

A while back we removed the site/app/webroot/files/approval directory and created one called "extracted" there. On staging, the approval directory can be deleted if it still exists, and extracted needs to be writable. (The tests at http://remora.stage.mozilla.com/tests?case=installation.test.php should pass)

Also, on the preview site, those directories need to be writable as well , although the test isn't up to date there yet.
