369567 - MAPI broken on Seamonkey 1.1

After installing seamonkey 1.1, MAPI stopped working.

To reproduce:
1) install seamonkey 1.1
2) attempt to use MAPI send an email
2a) right-click file on desktop, select sendto-mail recipient: Nothing comes up
2b) Open word, select file->send to-> mail recipient:  Error opening mail client.

This does not happen on all machines, but I have two machines that refuse to work with seamonkey 1.1.  Reinstalling Seamonky 1.1 does not fix.  Installing Seamonkey 1.0.7 fixes problem (well, at least 1.0.7 works; now that I think about it, I haven't tried reinstalling 1.1 after installing 1.0.7 - I'll try that next).  I haven't found anything different between the machines that work, and those that don't work (not virus software, not config, etc.).
