Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a3pre) Gecko/20070207 Firefox/1.5 Netscape/7.2 (ax) SeaMonkey/1.5a
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a3pre) Gecko/20070207 SeaMonkey/1.5a

I normally compose e-mail as plain text and I have a plain text signature. If I compose as HTML, each word in the signature is on a separate line. For example

--
This is my signature

becomes

--
This
is
my
signature

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Shift-Click the Compose button to toggle to HTML compose mode.
2.
3.
Actual Results:
The plain text signature is added to the bottom of the compose window with each word on a separate line.

Expected Results:
The plain text signature should be formatted exactly as it is in the original text file.

I've just noticed this in the last couple of days, but it was working correctly previously. I don't remember how long ago that was, though.
Have you recently set your 'wrap' column preference to 0? This looks like
bug 221596.

Indeed I did. I've used the workaround from bug 221596, and all's fine now. Thanks.
