User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Build Identifier: mozilla/thunderbird Attachments are disappearing from the received email once you try to open it. There is then no way to reopen and get the original message. I have run security software to clean any bugs. Using AVG security software. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
How do you know "attachments are disappearing"? There is a known issue where the attachment *icon* will disappear from certain messages once they are opened; this is because the icon is originally shown due to a simple examination of the message headers, but once the message is fully loaded it turns out there really isn't an attachment at all (that is, the additional part of the message is either a vCard, which we don't show as an attachment, or an image that's embedded within the HTML body of the message).
Reporter, does the issue still occur in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / Shredder trunk nightlies? (1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest supported 2.0.0.x is 2.0.0.16)
