Summary: Japanese server not accessible to Win-US client → Japanese server not accessible to Win-US OS
More info from Bargain America: I'm using a US Windows/JA build setup. I think the problem may have to do with the new server you've set up to deliver the customize list. None of the computers in our office can contact sidebar.netscape.com -- we get a server not found error everytime we try to open the customize list. Is the server being properly recognized by all the major root DNS servers (that's where our primary DNS server gets all of it's addresses from)? Let me know if there's anything in particular that we can do.
removing nsbeta2. I cannot reproduce using beta1 JA in Win NT US.

We seem to be able to access the sidebar.netscape.com server consistently now, and therefore access the customize list for Netscape 6. That resolves the issue for us.
Bargain America says issue is resolved. Marking Invalid.
