Details

The ...talback.zip builds (for today and prior days) contain copies
of the legacy directory structure in addition to the new directory
structure.

That is, in addition to the main toplevel directories:
  chatzilla, communicator,  editor,  global,  messenger,  navigator 

there are also the following directories at the top level:

addressbook
bookmarks
directory
domviewer
history
layout
messengercompose
pref
profile
regviewer
related
search
security
sidebar
timebomb
wallet
xpinstall

This only applies to the bits that are bundled with talkback.
The plain old zip file, and the installer version only have 
the 5 top level directories (actually 6 for the zip file, includes
chatzilla).
reassign to leaf since he's the win32 automation guru...
