From Browse dlog in Linux installer, pressing Enter or space bar opens another dlog.

Details
Linux only. build 2000-04-24-09-M16.
1. Download stub installer.
2. Run installer.
3. Navigate through installer wizard.
4. Press Browse button. Browse dialog appears.
5. Press either Enter or space bar key.
Result: Another Browse dialog opens.
6. If you keep pressing these keys, more dlogs appear.

Folks, please log Mac or Linux installer bugs against me so we reduce
unnecessary traffic to ssu's inbox. Thanks.
This is default GTK widget behavior. Taking patches :o)

Looked at the problem with depstein. His window manager settings are such that
foxus remains on the "main" installer dialog. Fixing.
