370033 - Can't change "Automatically add me to the CC list of bugs I change" pref

Description

Beginning this evening, I see that my "Automatically add me to the CC list of bugs I change" pref has been reset to "Site Default (Only if I have no role on them)", meaning that Bugzilla will automatically check the "CC" box on every bug, every time I go to comment.  

Unfortunately, I can no longer change this pref myself (it's disabled in my bugzilla prefs), so I'll have to uncheck the box on every bug every single time I touch most bugs (or have my cc-based queries royally screwed up).

Not sure who locked it. It's fixed now.

Yeah, I fixed it.  Reed was too impatient to wait for me to get back to the bug to mark it. :)

OK, I figured out who did it, too, and it was an accident.  The labels in the footer are a bit confusing and they thought they were changing their own prefs and not the system-wide ones.
