MDC template is not Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional.

Currently it is not "well-formed". On the search box, some <input>s don't have end-tag.
for, example
<input type="hidden" name="language" value="en">
should be
<input type="hidden" name="language" value="en"/>

We, Shimono-san and I, are planning update of pywikipediabot.
This causes errors with latest pywikipediabot snapshot.

And, it is not "valid". When a page isn't normal document (e.g. the Special Pages, non-exist page, etc),
empty <ul>...</ul> is exported inside the <div class="footer">.
Empty <ul>...</ul> should not be exported.
I'm going to take a look at trying to get this fixed while we work on the MediaWiki upgrade that's in progress.
This is fixed on the staging server.  I don't know when it will go live yet.
