I want create a new calendar, to sync this with google calendar, then Sunbird crash

Please provide more information: Sunbird or Lightning? What version? What locale? Steps to reproduce? Does Sunbird only hangs or crashes? Since you are using a Spanish Firefox you might see Bug 362750.

Hi,

I have: 
* Ubuntu 7.04 
* Firefox 2.0.0.1 
* Thunderbird versión 2 beta 2 (20070116)
All in spanish in my Dell Inspiron 510m. 

Try this: 
$ mkdir temp
$ cd temp 
$ wget "http://download.mozilla.org/?product=sunbird-0.3&os=linux&lang=es-ES"
$ tar jxvf sunbird-0.3.es-ES.linux-i686.tar.bz2 
$ cd sunbird/
$ ./sunbird &

Click in: "Archivo" (File), next "Nuevo Calendario..." (New Calendar), and then sunbird crash. 

I have to make a kill to pid the sunbird, for the sunbird exit.

Yes, is hangs instead of crash.

This is fixed for the upcoming Sunbird 0.3.1 release. 
See Bug 362750 Comment #2 for a temporary solution.
