Exported xml has ' ' but it should be ' '
So if export tests and then parse it using javascript or pl script it is not able to recognize ' '. So we have to replace it with ' ' and then it works fine.
Sample exported file is attached with this bug.

I believe should be valid by itself. Several XML validators and IE7 accept .
