Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached testcase.
2. Press Tab until the textbox is focussed.
3. Press the Down Arrow. Auto-completion box appears. (If it doesn't, go to www.google.com first and run a few search queries.)
4. Select any of the auto-completion items either using the Down Arrow or by clicking on them. Important: do not press Enter.
5. Press Tab to move focus away from the textbox.
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
Onchange event should trigger, which in this testcase means that the message "The onchange event triggered!!" should appear.
