right hand side scroll bar gone on email window.my isp is surewest.net

sign on. isp email account has no right tool bar. tried internet explorer browser and the problem does not exist. tech @surewest says its my mozilla browser

Expected Results:  
same

Did you try the usual trouble-shooting things like disabling themes/extensions, a new profile and a re-install in a new empty folder?
