Details

Since "Testopia" is not a current thing, we can rename the component, yes? There needs to be a component for bugs against test harnesses and "we need tests of..." issues. There needs to be a component we can manage for things which come up when we are still figuring out which product component to send something to.
Core :: Testing is what you want. Testopia is a module for Bugzilla.
