Edit>Preferences>Appearance dialog "remembers" that Composer is checked as the start up application, but this setting is ignored.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set preferences
2.Exit SeaMonkey
3.Start SeaMonkey



Problem started with the latest upgrade.
From what to which SeaMonkey version did you upgrade?
per mail from Reporter: He updated from 1.0.6 to 1.1
Does it work properly if you disable quicklaunch?
