username or password not recognized

I can logon to the webmail server OK.
but the same username and password dont work with either the seamonkey or mozilla mail. I called support. they said they do not support Linux, nor Mozilla. Only Microsoft.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce: on get mail.
2. supply password in the dialogue box
3. it says the host, does not recognize username or password.
Be nice if it told me which.
Actual Results:  
no access

Expected Results:  
should download mail

Living in a rural area, the satellite dish link from is my *only* option for high speed bandwidth. I did not have this problem with at another location. 

But more users are moving into rural areas. You'll prolly hear about this more.

I think it is their problem, but they wont listen to me. However, I have no way of knowing what seamonkey is sending to the host.
