Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.2pre) Gecko/20070111 SeaMonkey/1.1 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.2pre) Gecko/20070111 SeaMonkey/1.1 I can't drag a card from the Personal Address book to a any of the mailing lists that I've created. However, if I go back to Netscape 7.2, I can carry out this same action. In general, with SeaMonkey, I can't add to existing mailing lists as I can in Netscape 7.2. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start SeaMonkey and then start the Address book 2. Create a new mailing list 3. Attempt to drag an a new or existing card from the Personal Address Book into the new or existing mailing list. 4. A "can't do it" icon shows up and the card is not moved. Actual Results: A card is not copied into a mailing list. Expected Results: A card should be copied into a mailing list
Use ctrl when dragging the card to copy it to the mailing list and it will work (as per release notes: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/releases/seamonkey1.1/README.html) However, it should default to copy. So dup of bug 349044
