Details

When you drag something off a toolbar to the dialog/palette, even though you may be dropping it in the middle of the first row, it goes to the end, quite possibly out of view. We should scroll it into view, so that when you're flightly, and decide you didn't want it gone after all, you don't have to hunt for it.
