If you crated more than 25 in the Products screens, It is not listed in the New Bug page. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create a product with more than 25 Version Numbers 2.Go the new bugs for the product 3.Check the Number of Versions displayed in the List Box.
I cannot reproduce the bug with 27 versions on Bugzilla 2.22.2.

Could you attach the html page of editversions.cgi where you have all your versions displayed and the page where you create a new bug? I would like to compare them (but I have no doubt about the issue of this bug anyway :)).
The files you attached to your email are not real source code. This doesn't help. Please submit future files to this bug directly so that everybody can comment.
No news from the reporter for some weeks now, and I cannot reproduce the bug -> WFM. If you have new information, please attach it here before reopening.
