Start the installer. In the Setup Type choose Browse... Now open fx the "C:\Program Files" folder. Now click on "Program Files" again. Suddenly the text changes from "Program Files" to "PROGRAM FILES"
reproduced on WIn2k machine
Summary: Clicking on a foldername capitalizes it → Clicking on a foldername in "Select a Directory" dialog capitalizes foldername
I dont think this is a Mozilla installer problem only... Grace: Can you also reproduce this in other installers on Win2k?

I tried with an old Communicator installer and N6 installer on Win2k- believe this is functionality of win2k, not a problem with installers- double click changes to upper case bug should probably be marked invalid?
NO! iirc Windows NT does not guarantee case insensitivity. The correct solution is MSI. And timeless needs sleep.
