The Microsoft Error Reporting tool is (loosely) a part of the Operating System and is activated for all application and OS crashes that it detects. If you want to submit crash reports to Mozilla, enable Talkback. You may need to reinstall Firefox if Talkback is not installed. See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talkback/ . If you want to file a bug for a crash, please read through https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=bug-writing.html . Make sure you search first and include a Talkback ID (if possible).

Outlook opens the default browser when clicking links. See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Setting_Your_Default_Browser . If that doesn't help, please use the MozillaZine forums (http://forums.mozillazine.org) for
end-user support.
