 jonrekai@fast.net what build did you test this with.  Was it reproduceable 
100%?  
sorry:) build 2000042508 win32 nt4sp3.  i've yet to submit a form successfully 
with this build.
I'm getting somthing similar on win 98 with build 2000042512.  Rather than 
hanging, I get the "Please find the Personal Security Manager application" 
dialog.  Sometimes I can get the form to submit if I click twice.  This has 
happened at with all forms I've tried to submit.  Go.com, bugzilla query page, 
yahoo, etc.
If I click cancel on the PSM dialog it comes back up after a few seconds.  
Sometimes it closes after clicking on cancel a few times.  
I do not have a PSM installed.
Does not occur on this page

which uses javascript.
win32 build 2000042512 on w95- hitting <enter> or clicking a submit button 
raises the 'find PSM app' dialog.  dialog reappears when dismissed, including 
during/following destruction of moz instance.  submitting form in sample code 
on w95 raises same PSM dialog.  didn't occur with chuckie's URL because that 
page, it appears, isn't submitting the form.  it's doing a 
"window.location=final_result;"  javascript submitting from a button's onclick 
behaves like submitting with a submit button- 'where's PSM?' dialog.
