Repro:
1) Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.1) Gecko/20061218 BonEcho/2.0.0.1
- Also repros in 2.0.0.2
2) Open profile manager via command line: "C:\...\firefox.exe -P"
3) Remove all profiles shown in the profile manager
4) Close the dialog window after its empty
5) Reopen profile manager via command line "firefox.exe -P"
6) Verify the bottom of the profile manager window is clipped

Expected:
- Empty profile directory should not clip off the bottom of the dialog box
Actual:
- bottom of the profile manager box is clipped.

I just ran into this bug in FF 3.5b4 today on XP sp2.
Re-targeting since 2.0 is end of lifed.
Target Milestone: Firefox 2 → ---
Version: 2.0 Branch → 3.5 Branch
