This is related to bug 300452 and bug 305411, but aims a little lower.

Citing from today's support-bugzilla@: "[...] As it turns out, the size of the "tokens" column had not been updated to accommodate more than 5 characters!  I did in fact run checksetup.pl during the upgrade, however I struggled at that time because of errors during the upgrade process."

From issues like this, evasive problems easily arise. These could easily be caught if we had a tool that gave us a diff between bz_schema and the actual database schema.
