Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.browsercam.com.
2. Enter the site using your login id and password.
3. Enter the URL : http://bugz.deanza.edu/bugzilla_testopia/ in the project
section for testing its compatibility on different browsers and operating
systems.
4. Select the following choices: All Browsers, Non Flash, and All operating
systems. Select a wait time of 5 seconds before capturing the screen shot.
5. Bug: the website fails to load on Netscape 7.2 (no Flash) Windows 2000 Professional.

I installed Netscape 7.2 on winxp -- http://bugz.deanza.edu/bugzilla_testopia/ works fine.

I guess browsercam choked on this one.
