We need an option to extract the raw DER certs from .p12 files.
I propose to add this option to pk12util's -l (list) command.
I propose to add a -r option, which will cause it to dump the 
certs to files named file0001.der file0002.der, etc.

Neil,  Friday, after talking to you about this, I wrote the patch attached
to this bug, and requested your review.  You apparently didn't notice that.
I should have attached the patch to bug 213359.  

Please compare this patch to your patch for bug 213359 and let me know
which patch you think is better, and why.

See my comments in bug 213359. Nelson, I didn't check to see if your patch still applies. Let me know if you want me to pursue this. Since this is marked duplicate the patch should probably be attached to bug 213359.
