MessagePane contains no Scrollbar and Unjunk-Button if message marked as Junk and windowsize is not large enough.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View a message which is not fitted complete in the messagewindow before marked as Junk http://www.generic-link.de/Mozilla/seamonkey11-messagepane-1.png
2. Mark as Junk
3. View after marked as Junk

This bug happens 
"Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; de-AT; rv:1.8.1.2pre) Gecko/20070111".

Thinks to be an issue in the de-AT localization. No occurs if en-localization is in use. But I don`t have permissions to change component mark of this bugzilla id. :-(

Fix in de-AT localization:
I`ve replaced in file "messenger.properties" and "messenger.dtd" some strings which contains "von außen stammende Inhalte" with "externe Inhalte". This will reduce the needed space of the bar. This is a temporarily solution and should be implemented by developer.

Dupe of 371185 - I still think though that this is some backend bug, such a longer L10n string should not ever cause a problem like that.
