User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.1.2) Gecko/20070219 Firefox/2.0.0.2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.1.2) Gecko/20070219 Firefox/2.0.0.2 Two distinct but similar actions cause Firefox to shut down suddenly: 1. Attempting to save a chat from within ChatZilla. (Chatzilla > Save View As) 2. Attempting to open a file with a Browse button on a website (e.g. Imageshack) This has ONLY happened since the 2.0.0.2 update installed. Chat buddies who have this update and use Windows have confirmed that they don't have this problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to http://imageshack.us. 2. Hit the Browse button. 3. Like with all things Mac, there is no step three. Actual Results: The browser windows all close, and the standard MacOS "Report error?" type window pops up. Expected Results: In the case of Imageshack, a standard MacOS Open dialog should have opened. In the case of Chatzilla, a smaller dialog to save the chat as [name of room].html should have popped up.
Me again. I have now discovered that the same thing happens when I bring up Print.
