Reproduced on Windows nightly: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a3pre) Gecko/20070225 Minefield/3.0a3pre and my own mac build (built yesterday). STR: 0. Open the browser 1. Open https://addons.mozilla.org/a/16/ (or presumably any other extension there. 2. Click the Install button. Expected: The addons window comes up, installs the add-on, and the restart button un-disables. Actual: The addons window comes up, installs the add-on, but the restart button is still disabled.
