1. Delete a bookmark directly from the context menu using the Personnal Toolbar.
2. Ctrl-B to Open Bookmarks window. (NB: Can also be done before step 1.)
3. Search for the deleted bookmark.
3r. It still appears there. (while not through the Pers.Toolbar)

Bug is still there, but without the JS exception:
forget step 4 & 4r.

(Updating bug title accordingly.)

Simpler steps:
1. "Bookmarks > Manage Bookmarks..." (Ctrl-B).
2. Select a folder in the tree.
3. "File > New > Bookmark"; enter values for Name and Location; select OK.
4. Select the new bookmark in the tree; delete it.
5. Search for it, using the Search bar or the Ctrl+F dialog.
5r. New/Deleted bookmark is (still) found :-<

Workaround is still to restart SeaMonkey.
