Details

I intend to remove the ancient .cpp source files in intl/locale/tests (bug 371990). We need unit tests to replace them.

intl/locale has ~90% test coverage now - https://codecov.io/gh/marco-c/gecko-dev/tree/master/intl/locale I think we can close it :)
