The theme does not show up. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Try the following: Tools -> Add-ons Manager -> Themes view -> select the theme you want to use -> click the Use Theme button... then restart.
No response in 3 months, assuming that all went well. Please reopen if you are still having problems.
